5. Official residence means any house rent by entities entitled to dwell in official residences as prescribed in this Law over the duration wherein they’re on duty. 8. Housing development venture means all deliberate items of work which are designed to use capital to construct new housing, or technical and/or social infrastructural works for residential use, or to renovate or repair housing in a certain location. 3. Apartment constructing means any multi-storey constructing which has multiple apartments, public stairs, corridor methods, private areas, frequent areas and common infrastructural works for organizations, households or individuals, including house buildings for residential use and blended-use buildings for both business and residential functions. 11. Using the apartments not for residential functions; utilizing the world for business purposes within the condominium building below permitted mission for trading flammable supplies, explosives, offering companies causing environmental pollution, noise or unfavourable results on the lives of households and individuals within the residence constructing as prescribed in rules of the federal government. In case of vital necessity for nationwide protection and security functions; socio-financial improvement for nationwide or public benefits, or state of battle, state of emergency, or disaster response, the State shall determine the purchase, commandeering, or demolition of housing beneath lawful ownership of the organizations, households, or individuals, then the State must pay compensation and perform insurance policies on relocation to homeowners as prescribed.
17. Lease buy agreement means an agreement, whereby the lessee pays an choice price of 20% of a house, unless the lessee is ready to pay an choice charge greater than 20% but not exceeding 50% of the home; the remaining fee shall be thought-about as the month-to-month rent over a certain duration; the lessee shall acquire the possession of such house if he/she pays off the whole quantity when the lease purchase agreement expires. 2. If for an individual has a set-term homeownership as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 123 on this Law, he/she might train the rights prescribed in Clause 1 of this article over the homeownership period, unless otherwise agreed among the events; when the contractual term expires, the home which is below administration of the homeowner must be returned to the preliminary homeowner. 3. 10.
