A per diem plus touring and living bills shall be chargeable to the Owner at any time when the Architect or his duly authorized representative is required to perform providers at a locality beyond fifty kilometers/ 50 km (air, straight line or radial distance) from his established workplace as it appears within the Architect’s letterhead.
